To Know the Truth in God's Word
I received the Lord in the month of July, 1974. After receiving the Lord I started attending the meetings of the local church in Fort Lauderdale.
As I started to grow in the Lord I realized one major fact! There were no sugar coated words in the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. This helped me to experience the verse in I Tim. 3:15 concerning the church as: “the pillar and base of the truth.”
It is easy to believe and enjoy that God is love. But it may not be easy to enjoy II Corinthians 5:10. This verse tells us that our God is a righteous God and we will have to account for whatever we do on earth when He returns. This word spoken by Paul was to the Christians and was not in a sugar coated way.
I enjoy that in these last days I can realize and practice the truth in the local churches.
